Does Permanent Jewellery hurt?
No, we will place a piece of leather between your skin and chain. You will not feel anything.
Does it tarnish?
Our jewellery is made from high quality metals and is therefore tarnish-resistant, it may naturally experience slight color changes over time due to oxidation. To restore its original luster, gently clean with mild soap or polish with a jewellery cloth provided by us.
What if I want to take it off?
Permanent Jewellery is meant to stay on and can not be taken off. If you would like to be more flexible and switch up your style sometimes, we do recommend an adding a clasp which will be charged. Please see prices on our pricelist.
What if I need an MRI scan?
Please keep the receipt we give you upon purchase as we will reweld your permanent jewellery piece for free if you have purchased your bracelet/anklet/necklace/ring at IMALAH Jewellery. To remove the piece, simply cut through the jumpring.
Will I get through airport security?
Yes, enjoy your holiday darling.
Can I book you for an event?
Absolutely! Please use the contact form to get in contact with us and we are more than happy to discuss the conditions and your wishes.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer a first time booking discount of 10%. We also offer special occasion discounts throughout the year (for example early christmas shopping discounts). If you would like to get a whole stack of bracelets or anklets done in one session, we offer 5% off each piece (for example 5 bracelets = 25% off, 4 bracelets = 20%). This discount starts from 3 pieces of the same body area. Please add your email down below if you don't want to miss out on any discounts.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes! Our warranty covers the first 14 days after purchase. From then on it is the customers responsibility to take care of the jewellery as advised to ensure it will last.
I have lost my permanent jewellery piece, will you replace it?
Getting permanent jewellery is a choice that has to be made in consideration of lifestyle, job etc. We offer rewelds for free if your jewellery has come off within the 14-day warranty period. However if the chain is completely lost unfortunately we can not replace the item for free but we do offer you a discount of 15% to get a new piece.
How can I surprise my loved ones with permanent jewellery as a gift?
You can purchase a gift voucher within our online shop. Our post-Christmas appointments fill quickly, so we do recommend booking in October/November.
FAQ: Breastmilk Jewellery
How does it work?
Select your preferred jewellery design from our online shop, add it to your cart, and complete your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a package containing a sterile, empty bottle for collecting your breastmilk. After filling the bottle, simply return it to us using the prepaid shipping label included in the package. Upon receipt of your sample, we will begin crafting your bespoke breastmilk jewellery. Once completed, your personalized piece will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you via post.
Won't the milk go off when I send it?
Do not worry about the milk affecting the quality of your jewellery piece. It is not recommended for feeding to your baby, but absolutely safe for your pendant/ring/earrings.
Can I order for someone else as a surprise?
When you have access to the babymilk, purchasing breastmilk jewellery as a gift is a popular choice. Consider buying a gift voucher from our online shop if you are unsure about which style or jewellery to choose for them.
How much milk do you need?
Please do not fill up the bottle with too much milk as it is not needed and we do not want your baby to be hungry because of us. We suggest a maximum of 30ml
